Hon’ble Mr. Justice Prashant Kumar Mishra, Born on August 29, 1964 at Raigarh (Chhattisgarh). Took B.Sc. and LL.B Degrees from Guru Ghasidas University, Bilaspur (Chhattisgarh). Enrolled as an Advocate on September 4, 1987. Practiced law in District Court at Raigarh, High Court of Madhya Pradesh at Jabalpur and High Court of Chhattisgarh at Bilaspur and dealt with Civil, Criminal and Writ branches of law. Was designated as Senior Advocate by High Court of Chhattisgarh in January, 2005. Had been Chairman of Chhattisgarh State Bar Council. Was appointed/co-opted Member of the Rule Making Committee of High Court of Chhattisgarh. Had been Chancellor’s Nominee in the Executive Council of Guru Ghasidas University, Bilaspur. Was associated with Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur (Chhattisgarh) as its Ex-Officio Member in the Executive Council. Served as Additional Advocate General for the State of Chhattisgarh from June 26, 2004 to August 31, 2007 and thereafter as Advocate General for the State from September 1, 2007 till elevation. Elevated as a Judge of High Court of Chhattisgarh on December 10, 2009. Was Acting Chief Justice of High Court of Chhattisgarh from 01.6.2021 to 11.10.2021. Appointed as Chief Justice of High Court of Andhra Pradesh and assumed on 13.10.2021. Elevated as Judge of the Supreme Court of India on May 19, 2023.

His Lordship distinctions include the 2015 Elizabeth Haub Prize, knighthood in the French Legion of Honour, Commander of Belgium's Order of King Leopold, and an Amazonian orchid species (Bulbophyllum antoniobenjaminii) named in his honor.

Hon’ble Ms. Nicola Hope Pain Justice Nicola Pain was appointed as a Judge of the Land and Environment Court of New South Wales Sydney Australia in 2002. Prior to her appointment, her Honour served as Director of the Environmental Defenders Office and held senior roles in environmental law and policy across New South Wales and Australian Government departments. Her Honour is an Adjunct Professor and Chair of the Australian Centre for Climate and Environmental Law Advisory Board at the University of Sydney Law School, an Adjunct Professor at the University of New South Wales Faculty of Law and Justice, a Fellow of Australian Academy of Law and a member of the IUCN World Commission on Environmental Law. In 2026 her Honour received the Law Council of Australia's Eminent Environmental Lawyer Award for Excellence, 19 August 2026

Prof. Patricia Kameri - Mbote is a leading legal scholar and practitioner currently serving as the Director of the Law Division at the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), where she oversees global environmental governance and Multilateral Environmental Agreements.With over 30 years in academia, she is a Professor of Law and former Dean at the University of Nairobi, and has taught at Kansas University, the University of Zimbabwe, and Stellenbosch University. An Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, she was conferred the rank of Senior Counsel in 2012.She holds doctorate and master's degrees from Stanford University, a higher doctorate from the University of Nairobi, and an honorary degree from the University of Oslo for her interdisciplinary work in environmental, human rights, and women’s law.

K. Zarikyan pursued his legal education at the Russian-Armenian (Slavonic) University, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Law in 2009 and a Master’s degree in 2011, alongside holding a Candidate of Legal Sciences degree. His career in Armenia's judicial system began at the Administrative Court, where he progressively served as a Judge’s Clerk (2008–2009), Assistant to a Judge (2009–2010), Senior Specialist in the Legal Expertise Service (2010–2011), and Advisor to the Chairman (2011–2013). Recognizing his expertise, the President of Armenia appointed him Judge of the Administrative Court on December 12, 2013. Demonstrating continued leadership, he was appointed Chairman of the Administrative Court for a three-year term on March 5, 2025, via Presidential Decree No. Հ Ն -61-Ա.

Hon’ble Mr. Justice Sheo Kumar Singh - I is a distinguished Indian jurist. After earning his law degree from Allahabad University in 1978, he entered the Judicial Service in 1984. His Lordship held pivotal positions, including District Judge, Registrar (Judicial) at the Supreme Court of India, and Registrar General of the Allahabad High Court, before his elevation as High Court Judge.Under Supreme Court directives, His Lordship served as Observer monitoring the ASI’s Ram Janam Bhumi excavations (2005–2017). After retiring from the High Court in 2018, became NGT Judicial Member in 2020, briefly serving as NGT Chairperson in 2023.
