Hon’ble Mr. Justice K.V. Viswanathan (born 26 May 1966) is a Judge of the Supreme Court of India, elevated directly from the Bar on 19 May 2023. After securing first rank in his LL.B. from Coimbatore Law College (1988), His Lordship trained under eminent legal minds, including former Attorney General K.K. Venugopal. Designated as a Senior Advocate in 2009, later served as the Additional Solicitor General of India (2013–2014) and frequently acted as amicus curiae in key Supreme Court matters. Beyond advocacy, His Lordship contributed to the Justice J.S. Verma Committee Report and served with NALSA and the Supreme Court Legal Services Committee

Hon’ble Mr. Justice Yasantha Kodagoda presently serving as a Judicial Officer in the capacity of a Judge of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka. Experienced and senior former Public Prosecutor, and Criminal Appeals Counsel, who has served as a Law Officer cum Legal Advisor to the Government of Sri Lanka for 30 years. Served as the second in command of the Criminal Division of the Attorney General’s Department. Also previously served as the Secretary cum Chief Executive Officer of the Presidential Taskforce for the Recovery of State Assets (proceeds of crime) located overseas. Has additionally functioned as the Director of the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies of the Incorporated Council of Legal Education.

Mr. Amandeep Garg, born on October 10, 1974, is a 1999 batch IAS officer of the Himachal Pradesh cadre. He holds an M.B.B.S. and an M.A. from Punjab University, Chandigarh. Currently serving as Additional Secretary in the Department of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, New Delhi since August 21, 2024, he has held various positions including Secretary, Joint Secretary, and Deputy Commissioner. His extensive experience spans roles such as Managing Director, Special Secretary, and Mission Director. Fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, Amandeep Garg continues to contribute to public administration in India.

Professor Gitanjali Nain Gill is a Professor of Environmental Law at Northumbria University, UK, and a Fellow of the Academy of Social Sciences. She is a global expert on environmental justice, focusing on India’s National Green Tribunal, climate change litigation, land rights, and Sustainable Development Goals. Her research attracts major competitive funding, including the Responsible AI UK Keystone Project (2024–2028), AHRC BRAID (2023), and British Academy grants. Professor Gill serves as the Regional Leader for Asia at Columbia University's Sabin Center Climate Litigation Network. She routinely advises international bodies, providing expert guidance on specialized environmental courts and remedy frameworks to the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), the UN Human Rights Office (OHCHR), and the British Institute of International and Comparative Law.

Dr Joana Setzer is an Associate Professor at the Grantham Research Institute on Climate Change and the Environment, at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Her main areas of expertise are climate litigation and global environmental governance. She is also the Co-Lead of the Mobilising legal, political, and governance systems theme of LSE’s Global School of Sustainability. She leads the Grantham Research Institute’s Climate Change Laws of the World project – the most comprehensive global resource on climate policy and legislation. She is a frequent speaker at academic and non-academic events, and a regular source for media outlets, and an Associate Member of Cornerstone Barristers.
