Hon'ble Mr. Justice Aravind Kumar is a Judge of the Supreme Court of India. Completed his education in Bengaluru, graduated from National College and earned his law degree from Bangalore University, where His Lordship served as Vice President of the Students Action Committee. Enrolled as an advocate in 1987, practiced in trial courts before moving to the High Court of Karnataka in 1990. Served as Additional Central Government Standing Counsel (1999), Assistant Solicitor General of India (2005), and Income Tax Department Standing Counsel for 11 years. Was also a Founder Member and Vice President of the Lahari Advocates Forum. His Lordship became a Karnataka High Court Judge in 2009, Chief Justice of the Gujarat High Court in 2021, and was elevated to the Supreme Court on February 13, 2023.

Hon'ble Mr. Justice Denis Anatolyevich Kunev is a Judge of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, a legal scholar and an international expert in justice, institutional integrity and international cooperation. His Lordship has over twenty years of experience across the judiciary, prosecution and criminal investigation. His Lordship's work focuses on the rule of law, equitable access to justice, anti-corruption, asset recovery and responsible use of emerging technologies. Had represented Russia in APEC anti-corruption initiatives and served as a UN, OECD, FATF and EAG expert. Holds a PhD in Law, has authored more than 85 publications and delivered lectures and training in 26 countries.

Hon’ble Ms. Alejandra Precht Rorris holds a Master's degree in Legal Institutions from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Currently Justice of the Constitutional Court of Chile and President of the Court's Access to Justice Commission. Has extensive professional experience in environmental law, both in the public sector ( National Environmental Commission (CONAMA)) and the private sector. Professor of public law, has taught Environmental Law at Adolfo Ibáñez University and the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (PUC). Currently teaching Indigenous Law in the LLM program at the Faculty of Law of PUC. Her Ladyship is the author of two books: "Territorial Planning in Chile" (2017) and, more recently, "Indigenous Law: Foundations, Territory, and Consultation" (2025).

Hon`ble Mr. Justice R Devdas: Born on 15th May 1969. Studied in Sri Ramakrishna Vidyashala, Mysore. Pre University Education and Bachelor of Arts at St.Joseph’s Arts and Science College, Bangalore and Bachelor of Law at Sri Jagadguru Renukacharya College of Law, Bangalore. Started practice in the year 1994 in the office of M/s. Jayaram & Jayaram, Advocates, Bangalore. Appointed as Addl. Government Advocate for State of Karnataka on 6th June 2008. Appointed as Principal Government Advocate on 10th July 2014. Appointed as an Additional Judge of the High Court of Karnataka on 14th February 2018. Appointed as Permanent Judge of the High Court of Karnataka on 7th January 2020.

Mr. Bruce Kevin Dunn Bruce Dunn serves as the Head of ADB's Office of Safeguards, where he leads the delivery of development solutions in compliance with high-quality environmental and social management standards. In this role, he advises ADB Management and departments on compliance with ADB's Safeguard Policy Statement (SPS) and the Environmental and Social Framework (ESF) and on grievance management for ADB operations. An environmental scientist with over 25 years of experience in environmental and social policies and impact assessment, natural resource management, and biodiversity conservation, he has worked extensively across Asia and the Pacific in collaboration with a wide range of development partners and projects.

Mr. Michael Burger is Executive Director of the Sabin Center for Climate Change Law and Senior Research Scholar and Lecturer-in-Law at Columbia Law School. He is the author and editor of numerous books and articles, a frequent public speaker, and a regular source of expertise for media, with more than 20 years of experience collaborating with local, national, and international organizations on climate initiatives. He is also Of Counsel at Sher Edling LLP, where he represents public clients in major climate cases. He is a Regent and Fellow at the American College of Environmental Lawyers, a member of the World Economic Forum's Global Future Council on Climate and Nature Governance, and serves on the advisory boards of the Institute at Brown for Environment and Society and the Urban Ocean Lab.
